Requirements:
- Proven experience is required in IT-Software Development.
- Must have strong exposure on Upwork.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Able to achieve monthly targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Handle client communication, requirement understanding, and proposal sharing.
- Work on lead generation through LinkedIn, Upwork.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and sales pitches to clients.
- Follow up with clients and maintain sales pipelines and reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
