Job Title: Business Development Executive (Night Shift)

Shift: Night Shift ( Onsite )
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive for our Mohali office (Night Shift). The candidate will be responsible for generating business through international freelancing platforms and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire projects from platforms like Upwork (formerly Odesk), Elance, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr
- Create proposals, bid on projects, and follow up with clients
- Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain records of leads, bids, and conversions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in bidding on freelancing platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Target-driven and self-motivated
