Key Responsibilities:
- 5 to 8 years of expereince in Digital marketing
Oversee the website, product listings, promotions, and platform hygiene.
- Lead the customer support, dispatch, and packing teams.
- Ensure every order is packed correctly and shipped on time.
- Review CRM interactions daily and drive improvements in conversion, repeat purchase, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with stores for stock allocation, click-and-collect, and store-to-store transfers.
- Track sales metrics, returns, NPS, and operational SLAs.

Strong ownership, data-driven thinking, leadership, customer orientation, and the ability to turn insights into sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
