Work Hours: Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | 2 Saturdays off per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executive to support student enrollment growth through on-ground lead generation, community outreach, and relationship building.

This role requires extensive fieldwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with parents, local institutions, and community partners to generate high-quality admission inquiries.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, persuasive, and comfortable working with monthly targets in a fast-paced education environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Field Outreach

  • Conduct door-to-door visits, corporate outreach, and community engagement to generate admissions inquiries.
  • Visit preschools, coaching centers, residential communities, and corporates for lead sourcing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, relocation agents, and community partners.
  • Distribute marketing materials and create local awareness campaigns.

Admissions Support & Conversion

  • Follow up on assigned leads and schedule campus visits.
  • Support the admissions team in organizing school tours and counselling sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and daily field reports in CRM systems.
  • Assist in improving inquiry-to-admission conversion rates.

Event Participation & Promotions

  • Represent the school at local events, education fairs, and promotional activities.
  • Support planning and execution of open houses, roadshows, and experience days.
  • Set up promotional kiosks and branding activities in residential societies and malls.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Collect market insights on competitor schools, fee structures, and offerings.
  • Provide regular updates on field activities, lead quality, and conversion status.
  • Track weekly and monthly performance against targets.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in field sales, education sales, or direct marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with field travel and outdoor marketing activities.
  • Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in school admissions, EdTech, or education industry..
  • Knowledge of the local Goa market and community network.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
