Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration (BHA / MHA / MBA preferred)
- Knowledge of hospital operations and NABH standards preferred
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital operations / healthcare setup
- Experience in NABH accredited hospitals preferred
Job Summary
The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day hospital operations, coordinating between departments, and maintaining service quality in alignment with hospital policies and **National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers standards.
Roles & Responsibilities1. Daily Operations Management
- Oversee daily hospital operations across departments (OPD, IPD, ICU, Emergency, etc.).
- Ensure smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical services.
- Department Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office, billing, housekeeping, and support services.
- Ensure effective communication and workflow between departments.
- Patient Service & Experience
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- NABH Compliance
- Ensure adherence to National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers guidelines and hospital policies.
- Maintain required documentation and support audit processes.
- Quality & Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor service standards and operational efficiency.
- Staff Supervision
- Monitor performance of front office, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Ensure staff follow hospital policies, grooming standards, and discipline.
- Facility & Safety Management
- Ensure hospital premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with maintenance for equipment and facility issues.
- Support fire safety and disaster management protocols.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.
- Maintain records related to patient services, complaints, and operational activities.
- Vendor & Support Services Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
- Ensure timely availability of required resources and supplies.
