Operation Executive/Intern

Location: F-10, D-215, D Block, Devsha Business Park, Sector 63, Noida.

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Employment Type: Full-time for Experienced & Internship for Freshers

Stipend: 7,000-15,000/- for Intern (in hand)

Salary: 15,000-25,000/- for Executive (in hand)

We’re growing fast — and we’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile required documentation for various regulatory services
• Submit applications and supporting documents on relevant government portals
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth processing
• Track and update the status of submissions and keep clients informed regularly
• Handle multiple client projects simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain documentation records and ensure timely renewals/compliance updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Finance Field
• 1-2 years of experience in compliance/regulatory operations (Freshers may also apply)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office & online portals
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
