Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from office)

Shift Time: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST(Drop facility available)

Experience: - 7-12 years

The Order Management Team Leader will oversee the entire order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client and vendor requirements. This role involves leading a team that handles hardware, networking, and cloud product orders, optimizing workflows, and collaborating across departments to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT product order fulfillment, strong leadership skills, and expertise in reseller operations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and mentor the order management team, ensuring high performance and adherence to SLAs.
  • Conduct regular training to enhance team skills in order processing and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of hardware, networking, and cloud product orders.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor contracts, pricing structures, and reseller agreements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to streamline order fulfillment.

Customer & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as the primary escalation point for order-related issues, ensuring quick resolutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to align order processing with customer needs.

Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order management workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Leverage automation tools to enhance order tracking and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience handling IT hardware, networking, and cloud product orders for resellers.
  • Understanding of cloud product licensing, hardware configurations, and networking solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
