Packaging Designer (Cartons, Labels & Print)

We are looking for a designer who understands pharmaceutical packaging design and printing production, not just visual design.
You will work on medicine packaging, carton designs, labels, brochures, and catalogues for pharmaceutical products.
The role requires someone who understands printing processes, paper materials, die-lines, and pharma compliance layouts.
Responsibilities
You will design and prepare print-ready artwork for:
- Pharmaceutical carton packaging
- Bottle / vial / strip labels
- Product brochures
- Product catalogues
- Leaflets and inserts
- Marketing print materials
You will also:
- Work on die-line based packaging layouts
- Prepare print-ready files for printers
- Understand spot UV, embossing, foil, varnish, etc.
- Handle regulatory content layout (composition, dosage, batch, expiry etc.)
- Coordinate with printers for final output.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in packaging design
- Experience with pharma / healthcare packaging preferred
- Strong knowledge of printing techniques and paper materials
- Ability to work with die-lines and carton structures
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
Must understand:
- Print colour systems (CMYK / Pantone)
- Bleed, trims, safe margins
- Carton artwork preparation
- Label layout for pharmaceutical products
Software Skills
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Photoshop (basic)
