We are currently seeking Part-time and Full-time English Trainers who can deliver high-quality training to individuals aiming to improve their English communication skills. Only experienced candidates with a minimum of one year of experience as an English teacher or trainer are eligible to apply.
This role requires candidates to work from the office location. Applicants must possess strong grammar knowledge and excellent English communication skills.
Working Hours
Candidates should be available to work during the following time windows:
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (IST)
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (IST)
Compensation
INR 10,000 – 12,000 per month
(For 4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday – excluding incentives and performance bonuses)
INR 15,000 – 18,000 per month
(For 6 hours per day, Monday to Saturday – excluding incentives and performance bonuses)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills.
- Maintain a strong command of English grammar.
- Identify and correct students’ grammatical and communication mistakes.
- Ensure clear fluency in English without MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RI (Regional Influence).
- Use a laptop/desktop with a working webcam if required for training purposes.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience as an English teacher or trainer is mandatory.
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
Graduates or postgraduates are preferred, although Post Graduation is not mandatory.
Basic understanding of internet usage and online tools.
Additional Information
Compensation will be structured based on a per-candidate or group batch arrangement for a monthly duration. Trainers will be responsible for conducting 22 sessions per candidate or per batch each month (Monday to Saturday), including compensatory sessions if required.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
