Partner & Event Manager

As a Partner Marketing Manager at Kanerika, you will be responsible for collaborating with Microsoft, Databricks, and other key partners to strategize and execute joint Go-To-Market (GTM) programs. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and scaling joint GTM programs with Microsoft and Databricks.
  • Driving co-branded campaigns, joint case studies, and customer stories to enhance partner amplification.
  • Ensuring Kanerika's presence in partner marketplaces through thought-leadership content and joint PR pushes.
  • Extending successful playbooks to upcoming alliances such as AWS, Snowflake, and others.

You will also be in charge of Events Strategy & Execution, where you will:

  • Own Kanerika's partner-led events, industry conferences, and flagship summits.
  • Secure speaking slots with Microsoft and Databricks at high-visibility stages.
  • Design digital and hybrid events (webinars, roundtables, workshops) with measurable audience engagement.
  • Transform each event into a pipeline-driving and brand-building opportunity.

In terms of Sales & Ecosystem Alignment, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with sales to ensure that events and alliances positively impact opportunities and pipeline.
  • Equipping sales teams with partner content, co-branded decks, and joint positioning.
  • Tracking ROI on partner and event initiatives using clear metrics.

Moreover, you will be involved in Awards & Recognition by:

  • Targeting awards that showcase partner innovation.
  • Crafting submissions that highlight joint wins.
  • Amplifying wins across PR, sales, and partner ecosystems.

Success in this role will be reflected by:

  • Kanerika being prominently featured in Microsoft and Databricks campaigns, events, and analyst mentions.
  • Events and partnerships driving pipeline influence, revenue opportunities, and brand visibility.
  • Sales teams attributing deal accelerators to partner co-marketing content.
  • Global growth of the brand through alliances across various regions.

To qualify for this position, you should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, preferably in SaaS/AI/data/automation.
  • Experience in building and scaling partner co-marketing programs, with Microsoft, Databricks, or AWS experience being advantageous.
  • A track record of planning and executing partner-driven events with measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Proficiency in creating case studies, co-branded content, and award submissions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales and partner teams across different time zones.
