Patient Co-ordinator

We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Patient Coordinator to manage enquiry calls, assist patients and their families, and handle basic office coordination at a De-Addiction & Rehabilitation Center. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to deal with sensitive situations with patience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiry calls from patients and families regarding treatment and admission.
- Provide clear information about the rehabilitation process and facilities.
- Assist in patient admission and maintain proper records and documentation.
4.Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and other staff members.
- Manage front office operations and maintain patient data.
6.Address queries and concerns of parents or family members in a supportive and respectful manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Support administrative and office-related tasks when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emotional or sensitive situations calmly.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
4.Fluency in Hindi.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: As per experience and discussion.
Food and accommodation will be provided by the center.
Working Hours: Full-time position.
