About the Role

Growth Fusion is a fast‑growing performance marketing and technology company working across Meta, paid traffic, and automation.

As we scale beyond 25+ team members, we're looking for a strong People Operations Manager to own our people, culture, and organizational health in India.

This is not a recruiter-only role.

This is not an admin role.

This is a leadership role responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and stability to a high‑growth environment—so founders and teams can focus on execution and results.

What You'll Own

  • People & Culture Operations

Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and interpersonal issues

Mediate conflicts calmly and privately

Create clear escalation paths and resolve issues before they become drama

Maintain trust, confidentiality, and fairness across the team

  • Hiring & Recruitment

Own end‑to‑end hiring operations (coordination, process, offers)

Partner with leadership to define roles and expectations

Manage referrals and close candidates efficiently

Ensure a consistent, professional candidate experience

  • Compensation & Packages

Manage salary structures, offers, increments, and corrections

Ensure internal pay consistency and transparency

Coordinate with Finance on payroll and cost planning

Handle compensation conversations professionally and objectively

  • Performance & Accountability

Help define clear role responsibilities and KPIs

Support feedback cycles and performance conversations

Identify underperformance early and work on improvement plans

Manage exits respectfully when required

  • India Team Operations

Own India‑specific HR practices, holidays, leave, and norms

Bridge communication between India teams and leadership

Bring cultural context and maturity to people decisions

What We're Looking For

Experience in HR / People Operations

Experience supporting 25+ employee teams in fast‑growing companies

Strong conflict‑handling and people judgment skills

Comfortable handling sensitive conversations and difficult situations

Experience with hiring, compensation, and performance management

Calm, structured, and emotionally mature

Ability to work directly with founders and senior leadership

Big Plus:

Startup or scale‑up experience

Experience working with global or US‑based leadership
