Else Digital operates a growing portfolio of niche websites across gardening, DIY, crafts, lifestyle, and home improvement categories. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a capable, organised, and polished Personal Assistant to support our Founder & CEO.

The Founder works in fast, dynamic cycles involving content, strategic planning, travel, and frequent decision-making.

Your role is to ensure his day moves smoothly, remains structured, and stays aligned with key priorities. Role Overview

As the Founder’s Personal Assistant, you will act as his coordination and organisation partner .

You will assist with:

Daily scheduling and reminders

Coordinating internal and external communication

Quick, real-time task management throughout the day

Preparing short summaries, notes, drafts, and briefs

Supporting travel planning, meetings, and logistics

Ensuring the Founder is prepared for calls, sessions, and key activities

Managing small personal and professional tasks when needed This is a high-trust role with direct access to the Founder and sensitive information. Why This Role Matters

This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, professionalism, and working closely with a leader. Skills Needed

Excellent English communication (spoken + written)

Strong coordination and planning ability

Basic understanding of writing, content, or PR (a plus)

Ability to prepare clean summaries, notes, drafts, and messages

Tech-friendly (calendars, docs, apps, notes tools)

High confidentiality and discretion

Good judgment, common sense, and self-awareness Requirements

Hybrid availability: some office presence + remote flexibility

Full-time commitment

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Prior PA/EA/admin/coordination experience helpful but not mandatory How to Apply
