Pharma Warehouse Incharge (Surveyor Colony)

Key responsibilities:

• Inventory Management**:
• Receiving and verifying incoming shipments of medications against purchase orders.
• Accurately storing medications according to proper rotation and temperature control guidelines.
• Performing regular inventory checks and addressing discrepancies.
• Managing stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Order Processing and Distribution**:
• Processing customer orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and labeling medications.
• Coordinating with shipping carriers for timely delivery.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and labeling of all shipments.
• Compliance and Quality Control**:
• Maintaining adherence to all regulatory standards related to pharmaceutical storage and distribution (e.g., GMP, GDP).
• Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to prevent medication errors.
• Managing expired medication disposal protocols.
• Staff Supervision**:
• Leading and training warehouse staff on proper handling and storage of medications.
• Assigning tasks and monitoring employee performance.
• Addressing safety concerns and promoting a safe working setting.
• Reporting and Analysis**:
• Generating reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment metrics, and warehouse operations.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize inventory management and distribution processes.
