As a Pre-sales Executive at our Real Estate Company, your role will involve calling leads generated from both internal and external resources. You will be responsible for persuading prospects to visit the site by providing them with detailed project information. Managing relationships with potential clients until the deal is successfully closed will also be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will need to explain site information, answer any queries, schedule site visits, and maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call on leads and engage with potential clients effectively
  • Convince prospects to visit the site by sharing project details
  • Manage relationships with interested clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Explain site information and address client queries
  • Schedule and conduct site visits, following up with clients accordingly
  • Lead generation and management, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Update customer information in the database
  • Handle client grievances professionally to uphold the company's reputation
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to meet sales targets and drive future sales opportunities

Qualification Required:

  • Proven sales ability and strong convincing power
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Sound knowledge of sales principles, methods, and practices

In addition to the job responsibilities and desired skill set, the company offers a competitive salary ranging from 20,000.00 to 25,000.00 per month. As part of the benefits package, you will also receive cell phone reimbursement. The work location for this full-time position is in person.
