We are looking for a Product Growth Sales Manager who brings strong product thinking and combines it with consultative selling capabilities. This role will drive revenue by deeply understanding Fynd s commerce platform and positioning it strategically to merchants and enterprise clients.

This is a product-led revenue role ideal for someone who understands how product capabilities translate into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Product-Led Selling:

Develop a deep understanding of Fynd s commerce stack (catalog, OMS, integrations, marketplace, omnichannel modules)

Lead discovery conversations to map product capabilities to merchant business challenges

Deliver structured, use-case driven demos focused on ROI and operational impact

Position Fynd as a long-term commerce transformation partner

Growth & Revenue Ownership:

Own revenue targets for assigned accounts/segments

Drive full-cycle sales with a consultative approach

Identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities

Improve product adoption across acquired accounts

Product Feedback & Market Intelligence:

Act as the voice of the customer for the Product team

Provide structured feedback on feature gaps, pricing sensitivity, and competitor positioning

Identify emerging use cases and current monetization opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

Support current feature launches by translating them into commercial narratives

Enable Sales team with product training and solution articulation

What We re Looking For:

1+ years experience in SaaS / commerce platform / product-led sales

Strong product understanding with ability to simplify complex architecture

Experience in consultative or solution-based selling

Ability to connect product features to business metrics (GMV, conversion, retention, cost reduction)

Robust stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Analytical and growth-oriented mindset

KPIs :

Revenue targets (primary)

Product adoption metrics within closed accounts

Expansion revenue

Demo-to-close conversion rate

Market feedback loop effectiveness
