Role Overview: The ideal candidate will drive the product development from concept to market launch and post-launch optimization. This role requires a strong engineering background, capable of balancing technical feasibility with market needs. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, marketing, design, and customer support, to create innovative intralogistics solutions that address operational challenges for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct benchmarking on products, components, and technologies, presenting findings to TTT.
- Perform FTO (Freedom to Operate) searches across various regions and handles IP registration.
- Develop and release the Product Requirement Document (PRD) to guide development efforts.
- Define user experience expectations and key features for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Establish product specifications, offering multiple configurations aligned with market demands.
- Drive ideation workshops (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Software & integration) and conclusions.
- Monitor design and development & prototyping progress & present to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to mitigate risks & resolve challenges.
- Conduct product risk assessments including DFMEA, FMEA & Certification processes (e. G. CE, UL etc).
- Ensure that products meet global aesthetics standards and with organization branding guidelines.
- Prepare documents (product testing method/ strategy and test protocols, validation methods) based on inputs from various stakeholders and PRD.
- Ensure product meets reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTF) and industry standards.
- Drive corrective actions based on test findings and address gaps proactively.
- Lead the certification process and ensure compliance with safety regulations Create product manuals, including catalogues, user manuals, maintenance manuals, and testing protocols.
- Support pre-sales activities by defining optimal product specifications to win customer deals.
- Establish clear beta testing objectives and analyze field feedback systematically, Incorporate findings into the product development roadmap for continuous improvements.
- Develop throughput templates · Ensure ongoing assessment of reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTF) and report field insights to design teams.

Educational Qualification & Experience Required
A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
Proven experience of at least 5 years in the Product Manager, Engineering, or Project management role is required. Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market, preferably within the intralogistics, supply chain, or a related industry
