As a key player in shaping the future of the mobile banking experience, you will lead the strategy and execution for enhancements and new features of the award-winning mobile app. Your role will involve defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile banking app, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for the mobile banking app.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Define product requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver new features.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in mobile banking.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science).
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development and user experience (UX).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
