As a Professional in Business Application Management at NDB Headquarters in Shanghai, China, you will play a crucial role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting the NDB business solutions related to loan management lifecycle and disbursement management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a liaison between business and technology units to analyze and identify efficient business processes and solutions.
• Designing, proposing, implementing, and maintaining cost-effective solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
• Understanding stakeholder needs, negotiating requirements, and developing technology interventions for improvement.
• Documenting and communicating requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinating resources and leading solution design engagements to ensure high-quality implementation aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and presentations for business units.
• Maintaining vendor relationships for business applications and providing technical support as needed.

You should possess:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology solution environments and business application management, preferably in financial institutions or large enterprises.
• Broad understanding of technology solutions, industry best practices, and financial sector business processes.
• Expertise in enterprise financial applications and multiple business processes, including architecture and design of technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of application programming, database management, network security, and IT service management.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Master's degree in a relevant field, with professional certifications and hands-on experience in Loan lifecycle and disbursement Management preferred.
