Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Assistant to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of community-based natural dye projects. This role involves close coordination with rural artisan communities, on-site supervision of activities, logistics management, and documentation to ensure the successful delivery of training and production goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Support
- Assist the Reporting Manager in the planning and execution of all projects, ensuring timely paperwork and record maintenance.
- Coordinate logistics related to training programs, raw materials, tools, and finished product dispatches.
- Field Coordination & Monitoring
- Actively monitor on-ground activities and training outcomes in community clusters, including travel to Bagru and other field sites.
- Support capacity-building programs and follow up with trained artisans to ensure effective practice and transition into production.
- Community & Production Oversight
- Plan and supervise production activities at all identified locations.
- Maintain regular communication with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) or community producer groups, ensuring quality standards and timely order fulfilment.
- Communication & Documentation
- Document all field visits, training sessions, and meetings to create a robust archive of project progress.
- Organize and participate in monthly community meetings to address concerns and collect feedback.
- Track and report on production data to evaluate project impact and growth potential.
Required Education and other Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant field with 2 -4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic reporting tools.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and rural travel.

5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
As per the organisations work requirement, candidate might have to work on some Saturdays and Sundays.
