The Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring NGO programs and activities. Act as the point of contact between beneficiaries, community members, volunteers, & NGO team
Support in mobilizing community participation & building relationships with local stakeholders
Coordinate and implement project activities as per the program plan and timelines
Provide logistical and administrative support for events, workshops, and field visits
Monitor progress of projects, identify challenges, and escalate issues when required
Contribute to fundraising, donor engagement, and partnership-building efforts
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements
Graduate in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in program coordination, community engagement, or NGO sector
- Good organizational and time management skills; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is required
Community mobilization skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
