Python Fullstack Support

Experience range: 5-10yrs

Location: Chennai

Shift Timings:

24X7 support

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Python Full Stack Developer to join our L2 Application Production Support team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, React, GCP Cloud, and a keen interest in AI/ML.

You should be aware and have working knowledge of Incident management tools like SNOW, Netcool, Dynatrace, and creating dashboards using Grafana.

You will be responsible for ensuring the SLA based production uptime, ensuring stability and integrity and performance of our production systems with adequate product knowledge, and will also contribute to support code fixes leading to application dev over time.

Responsibilities:

L2 Support:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis based on functionalities and recent releases, and resolution of escalated production issues. [App failure, Gateway/Firewall issues, vulnerability issues etc.]
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve root causes of defects. end result, analysis + RCA [templatized] which can be passed on to L3* [handover process including trending .

Any code fixes will be deployed by this team to test and then eventually elevate in production

  • Develop and implement bug fixes and performance enhancements [Ph -II or PH-III]
  • Automate and understand all the supporting infrastructure elements like pipeline, IAC deployments, scripts, jobs, etc. that are run to support the application.

Accurately document them and identify automation opportunities [who will do]

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, AI/ML.

Engineering or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Python Full Stack Developer with a flair of dev-ops experience will be good.
  • Proficiency in Python and its popular frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Strong experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP Cloud services (e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Big

Query).

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g., Tensor

Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive to have:

  • Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) [Vantage point, good to have]
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev

Ops practices [Must]

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g.

Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana) [Must]
