Full Job Description: We are a fast-growing recruitment and operations firm expanding our team in Bangalore. We are looking for detail-oriented Quality professionals to maintain high standards of service excellence.
Open Roles:
- Quality Analyst (QA)
- Experience: Minimum 7 months in a QA role. Call Auditing experience is mandatory.
- Language: Must be fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 Take-home per month.
- Asset: Must possess a personal laptop for work.
- QA Team Lead (TL)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a QA Team Lead or Assistant TL.
- Expertise: Proven experience in auditing Calls, Emails, and Chats.
- Industry: Candidates with a Fintech background will be prioritized.
- Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA.
- Asset: Must possess a personal laptop for work.
Working Hours:
- 5.5 days per week.
- Saturdays are half-days; Sundays are fixed off.
