• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning for young learners
• Proven ability to work effectively with children, including those with special educational needs or in early intervention programs
• Classroom management skills that promote discipline while encouraging creativity and participation
• Familiarity with childhood development principles, Montessori methods, and preschool education standards
• Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, and colleagues effectively
• Experience with tutoring, standardized testing preparation, and teaching physical education or extracurricular activities
• Knowledge of literacy education techniques, behavior management strategies, and childcare best practices
• Ability to adapt lessons for toddlers, preschoolers, or private school environments while maintaining cultural sensitivity
