Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Reception Administrative Assistant role located in Jabalpur. The role involves greeting and directing visitors, answering and managing phone calls professionally, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining an organized office environment. The individual will also manage clerical duties such as data entry, document filing, and handling correspondence, while supporting smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and a strong sense of Phone Etiquette
• Experience in Administrative Assistance, including task coordination and office management
• Competence in Clerical Skills such as data entry, documentation, and filing
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and provide excellent customer service
• Time management and multitasking capabilities
• Prior experience in a healthcare or administration setting is an added advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative support are a plus
