Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and responsible Recovery & Collection Agents to handle customer payment follow-ups and recovery activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to deal with customers professionally while ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer tracing and recovery of outstanding payments
- Telephonic follow-ups with customers for pending dues
- Follow DRA guidelines and company recovery processes
- Maintain daily call reports and recovery updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment-related queries
- Achieve assigned recovery targets within the given timeline
Eligibility Criteria:
- DRA Certified and Non-DRA candidates can apply
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years in recovery, collection, or tracing
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
- Good communication and negotiation skills preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹26,955.06 per month
