Job Description
Rio International is looking for a motivated Recruiter for our Surat branch who can handle candidate inquiries and convert prospective candidates into enrolled candidates for our international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with candidates interested in overseas job opportunities.
- Explain international job programs and recruitment processes clearly.
- Convert prospective candidates into enrolled clients.
- Screen candidates and collect required documents.
- Maintain candidate records and update the database/CRM.
- Coordinate with the internal team for candidate processing.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle candidate queries and follow-ups professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
- Experience in telecalling, recruitment, counseling, or sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
