As a Business Development Manager at Muthoot, you will be responsible for developing goals for the business development team and ensuring their successful achievement. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning for lead generation and contributing to business numbers as per agreed goals
  • Promoting the Muthoot brand and achieving targets by engaging with alternate channels in various catchment areas
  • Planning and organizing periodical on-ground/promotional activities, events, and special marketing activities
  • Organizing camps at corporates or prime corporate locations to generate leads
  • Preparing budgets, yearly calendars, and monthly calendars for various activities
  • Implementing plans on a day-to-day basis and ensuring alignment with organizational standards
  • Assisting the team in marketing initiatives to increase outreach to customers
  • Monitoring market activities and best practices
  • Generating required reports and presenting them to the management

Qualifications required for this role include:

  • Minimum 1-4 years of relevant work experience in the marketing domain, preferably with BFSI/Retail exposure
