Job Summary:
M&D; Institute of Architecture and Engineering is looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Relationship Manager cum Telecaller to handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and admission coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
. Handle inbound and outbound calls to students and parents
. Explain courses and training programs clearly
. Maintain and update enquiry database
. Follow up with prospective students for admissions
. Build and maintain positive relationships with students
, Achieve admission targets
. Coordinate with the academic team when required
Skills Required:
. Positive communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
. Confident and convincing speaking ability
. Target-oriented and positive attitude
Qualification:
Any Degree / Plus Two
Salary:
₹ 8,000 - 12,000 + Incentive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
