About the role — We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional support while adapting to new technologies and evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols.
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics and performance.

Required qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
