- Curriculum & Academics: Planning, implementing, and evaluating early years curricula (like Cambridge, CBSE), organizing teacher training, and monitoring student progress.
- Teacher Support: Supervising pre-primary teachers, conducting classroom observations, providing feedback, and leading professional development.
- Environment: Fostering a positive, nurturing, and safe learning atmosphere for young children.
- Parent & Management Liaison: Communicating with parents and school leadership, managing operations, and ensuring overall child development and safety Qualifications:
- Background in Early Childhood Education (ECE), B.Ed., or Montessori certification.
- Significant experience (e.g., 4-6 years) in pre-primary teaching, with some leadership experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and child development skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
