Role Overview: As a CRS Executive, you will:
- Manage Central Reservation System (CRS) operations for resort bookings.
- Handle customer queries and ensure seamless reservation experiences.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to optimize occupancy.
- Support reporting and analytics for reservation trends.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Graduates with 2–3 years of experience in reservations or hospitality sales.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and hospitality processes preferred.
