Job Title: Resort Manager
Location: Amravati Road, Nagpur (Residential Position)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Resort Manager to lead operations at our fast-growing Waterpark & Jungle Resort located on Amravati Road, Nagpur. The property includes 62 resort rooms, a waterpark, and 50+ adventure & amusement activities, hosting family picnics, school trips, corporate events, and destination weddings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the resort, rooms, and waterpark activities
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Handle bookings, guest relations, and event coordination
- Maintain operational efficiency, safety, and service quality
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and activity teams
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in resort, hotel, hospitality, or tourism industry preferred
- Ability to manage operations and guest satisfaction
- Local candidates preferred (Nagpur / nearby areas)
- Must be willing to stay residentially at the resort
