Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Restaurant Administratorto manage daily administrative tasks and support smooth restaurant operations. The candidate will coordinate with staff, maintain records, and ensure proper communication between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative work of the restaurant
- Maintain staff attendance and shift schedules
- Manage billing records, invoices, and expense reports
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Handle basic HR tasks like staff documentation and recruitment support
- Maintain inventory records and order supplies when needed
- Assist the manager in daily operations
- Maintain customer feedback records and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in administration or restaurant operations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing systems
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality experience preferred
