Restaurant Manager (Nagpur)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team to deliver a high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidate will manage staff, maintain operational efficiency, and help drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and cost control
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Implement promotions and strategies to increase sales

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
