As a Restaurant Operations Manager at our flagship outlet in Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading the restaurant operations, building teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing end-to-end restaurant operations

Leading the hiring, training, and management of staff

Setting and driving service standards to enhance guest experience

Implementing SOPs and enhancing operational systems

Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Generating reports and conducting analysis to improve performance

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, preferably in a high-end property

Strong leadership skills with a focus on people management

Thorough understanding of food service workflows

Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain consistency

Proficiency in handling data, numbers, and daily reporting

Passion for food, service, and the drive to create something meaningful
