Team Member- Kulcha Patola- Panipat

Roles & Responsibilities – Team Member (QSR)

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at counter or drive-thru.
• Prepare and assemble food items as per brand SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, kitchen, and service counters.
• Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines at all times.
• Manage order packaging and ensure timely service delivery.
• Refill stock items, condiments, and monitor inventory levels during shift.
• Handle basic customer queries and escalate complaints to Shift Manager when required.
• Support team members during peak hours to maintain service speed (TAT).
• Adhere to shift schedules, grooming standards, and company policies.

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 12th Standard completed from a recognized board.
• No prior experience is required.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
