Robotic Welding Machine Operator / Technician (Minimum 1 Year Experience)

Hooghly Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible technician to operate and manage our robotic welding machine in our production facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with welding automation and machine operation.

• Key Responsibilities:

Operate and supervise robotic welding machines in the production line,

Set up welding parameters and adjust machine settings for proper weld quality,

Monitor welding operations and maintain production efficiency,

Perform basic troubleshooting, calibration, and routine maintenance,

Ensure safety and quality standards during welding operations,

Coordinate with the production team to maintain smooth workflow.

• Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field

Minimum 1 year experience operating robotic welding machines or automated welding systems

Knowledge of MIG welding, welding parameters, and machine setup preferred

Ability to identify welding defects and correct machine settings
