• Key Responsibilities:**

1. Cleaning Activities:**

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to established standards.

1. Equipment Protection:**

• Protect and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure there are no inadequacies.
• Report any damages, deficits, or disturbances to superiors promptly.

1. Guest Interaction:**

• Handle reasonable guest complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.
• Ensure a customer-oriented and friendly approach in all interactions.

1. Stock Management:**

• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any needs to management.

1. Health and Safety Compliance:**

• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Requirements and Skills:**
• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹14,086.00 - ₹17,847.37 per month
