Key Responsibilities:
- Manage walk-in customers (Offline) and handle digital inquiries (Online).
- Provide exceptional service with a soft-spoken and patient approach.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with creative problem-solving.
- Advanced Excel, Word & Various Other Applications Knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Mastery: Complete fluency in both Hindi and English.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch between physical retail/field sales and online platforms.
- Attitude: A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,960.59 - ₹12,500.00 per month
