Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads through various online

platforms, databases, social media, and other industry sources.

  • Cold Outreach: Perform email outreach, and direct messaging to engage with potential leads and

qualify them for further sales processes.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring that all contact information

and interactions are accurately recorded and tracked.

  • CRM Usage: Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead activities and progress.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the quality of leads and prioritize them based on business potential,

ensuring that only the most promising leads are passed on to the sales team.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and other key performance

indicators (KPIs) to management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and

alignment of strategies.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new tools for

lead generation to continually improve results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a lead generation role, preferably within a lead generation agency.
  • Familiarity with various lead generation tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2C sales and lead qualification techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build

relationships with prospects.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
