Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads through various online
platforms, databases, social media, and other industry sources.
- Cold Outreach: Perform email outreach, and direct messaging to engage with potential leads and
qualify them for further sales processes.
- Database Management: Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring that all contact information
and interactions are accurately recorded and tracked.
- CRM Usage: Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead activities and progress.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the quality of leads and prioritize them based on business potential,
ensuring that only the most promising leads are passed on to the sales team.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and other key performance
indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and
alignment of strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new tools for
lead generation to continually improve results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a lead generation role, preferably within a lead generation agency.
- Familiarity with various lead generation tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales and lead qualification techniques.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build
relationships with prospects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
