Job Description
We are looking for energetic and confident candidates for the role of Business Development & IT Sales Executive. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals who have strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in sales and business development.
Training will be provided. Performance-based growth is guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
- Promote software development and digital marketing services
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Follow up with leads and support deal closures
- Maintain basic sales records and client information
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
Eligibility / Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Confidence to speak with clients
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Willing to work onsite in Bengaluru
- Immediate joiners preferred
