Sales Coordinator – Lead Management

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team. This role involves providing operational support to the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination of sales activities. The position includes responsibilities in lead management, accounts support, documentation, and reporting.
A successful candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records and supporting the sales process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations Support
- Provide operational support to the sales team for day-to-day activities
- Coordinate with sales staff and customers to ensure smooth communication
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents
Lead Management
- Receive and manage incoming leads from different sources
- Maintain and update lead records in the system
- Coordinate lead assignments and follow up on lead status with the sales team
Accounts Support
- Assist in preparing invoices, proforma invoices, and payment records
- Track customer payments and maintain basic account documentation
- Support the accounts team in maintaining accurate financial records
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized records of sales documents, quotations, and invoices
- Prepare regular reports related to leads, sales activities, and outstanding payments
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and properly maintained
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive / Office Coordinator
- Basic understanding of accounts and invoicing
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely when required
