We are expanding our US & IT Services Sales team and looking for smart, ambitious people who want to build a long-term career in IT Sales, Business Development & Client Onboarding.

Who can apply

• BBA / MBA / BE / B.Tech / MCA graduates
• Freshers looking to start a career in IT sales
• Professionals with 0–7 years experience in sales, business development, SDR, client success
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work onsite at Indore HQ

Role Overview

You will work closely with founders and the core sales team to:

• Generate and qualify leads (US, UK, Middle East, Australia)
• Write proposals, project pitches, and responses for app/web/AI projects
• Manage CRM, follow-ups, LinkedIn outreach, and email sequences
• Conduct discovery calls with clients and understand requirements
• Coordinate with tech teams (BA, PM, Engineering) to close deals
• Build long-term relationships with agencies and founders globally

• Excellent English communication (written + verbal)
• Smart, energetic, and confident in talking to global clients
• Ability to understand IT services like mobile apps, web development, SaaS, AI projects
• Self-driven attitude and accountability
