Ownership of the "Last Mile": Once a deal is signed, you are responsible for the successful execution of the project.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the delivery phase to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
Build long-term "trusted advisor" relationships with clients to ensure contract renewals and upsell software modules
