Job Description:

We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of our herbal protein products (plant-based food products, Ayurvedic, protein powders) in Mira road to Andheri. Meet targets, build distributor/retailer relationships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional plans
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis

Requirements:

  • 3+ years sales experience in FMCG/herbal products
  • Knowledge of herbal/protein supplements market
  • Strong communication, team management skills
  • MBA/Marketing degree preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
