As a Sales Manager, your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, conducting sales training and coaching to improve the skills of the sales team. Your key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, developing relationships with key customers, analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and to resolve any issues that arise. Monitoring and tracking sales performance and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that targets are met will be crucial. Your role also requires good leadership and networking skills, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in sales management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
