- Visit customers, understand their product and tooling requirements.
- Coordinate with production and accounts teams for pricing, delivery, and quotations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely communication.
- Support management in meeting sales targets and market development goals.
- Attend trade shows, expos, and customer meetings when required.
