Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Intern who is enthusiastic about cloud technologies and CRM platforms. The intern will work closely with the Salesforce development and administration team to support configuration, customization, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.This internship provides hands-on exposure to Salesforce Admin, Development, and Lightning Experience, along with real-time project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts

Support Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, profiles, and permissions

Help in building basic Lightning components (LWC/Aura) and Apex classes under guidanceAssist in data import, export, and data cleanup activities

Participate in requirement analysis, testing, and documentationSupport integration testing and bug fixing

Learn and follow Salesforce best practices and security standardsCoordinate with developers, QA, and business teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech / B.E / MCA / BCA / B.Sc (IT/CS)

Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts

Knowledge of: Salesforce Admin fundamentals Objects, fields, relationshipsReports and dashboards

Basic exposure to: Apex (optional)Lightning Web Components (LWC) (good to have)

Familiarity with: SOQL basics Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – preferred)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
