Required Skillset
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EC Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll.
- Experience managing end-to-end payroll cycles (regular & off cycle)
- Solid experience in SuccessFactors Compensation configuration
- Exposure to Benefits configuration and payroll alignment
- Good understanding of EC–Payroll integration
- Experience in UAT, testing, and production support
- Ability to prepare functional specs and handle stakeholder discussions
Preferred
- GCC payroll exposure
- Telecom or regulated industry experience
- Relevant SAP certification (EC / ECP / Compensation)
